- take responsibility for = be in charge of

- do one's best = put all one's effort into something = give one's shot

- take over = take on → Who's going to take over JP's job? - Absolutely = Of course = sure

- be [make] make sure to do → Be sure to complete this by this Friday.

- capture → capture one's thought adequately. - overload → overload with assignments

B : Key Sentences

- I'd like you to work on the business expansion plan. → You're [ ] this job
