A : Basic expressions

- the purpose of one's visit → What's the purpose of your visit?

- contact someone → I'll contact him on the telephone.

- I'm here to ~ = I've come to ~

- be supposed to ~ → I'm supposed [schedule] to meet with Mr.JP at 2:00.

- expect someone → He's expecting you.

- have an appointment with ~ → make an appointment.

- make one's way → please make your way downstairs.

B : Key sentences

- May I ask what the purpose of your visit is?

→ I'm here to~ [see Mr. JP / have a job interview / attend the conference]

- I'll contact him/her to announce your arrival.

- I'll let him/her know your're here, sir/ma'am.

C : Key Dialog

- May I ask you What the purpose of your visit is? → of course. I'm here to renew the contract.

- I'd like to see Mr.J.P. in the Material Department. → He is expecting you.

- I have a job interview for the material manager position at 3:00.
